Hi friends!
My name is Tamara, and I am a Beachbody Fitness and Nutrition coach. I have been working on my own personal health and wellness goals when I was introduced to Beachbody. Once I started using Beachbody programs and products, I was hooked. I felt so alive, healthy, energized, happy, confident, and was starting to come out of my seasonal,/COVID depression. After falling in love with Beachbody, I decided I wanted to help others feel that way also, so here we are. I became a Beachbody Fitness and Nutrition coach to help others like me feel alive, healthy, energized, happy, confident, and fight whatever struggle they are facing!
What People Say
“Exploring your identity, finding your authentic self, and getting to know your emotional side – what makes you tick and what makes you stumble – are essential for transformation. So are believing that you can do it, keeping your promises to yourself, learning to bounce back from setbacks, and surrounding yourself with people who believe in you.”
Chris Powell
“Live for the moment, and do not harp on about what you should have been doing in former years. No matter how many mistakes you have made, no matter how much training time you have wasted, and no matter how much you wish you could turn the clock back, what is done is done.”
Stuart McRobert
“What you eat has a direct effect on how you feel and how you look. Unhealthy processed foods tax our immune systems and organs, energy, and speed up the aging process. By contrast, healthy, whole foods fuel and heal us in a way that allows our bodies and our minds to do what we ask of them.”
Tony Horton
“The more understanding and clarity people have about how to eat right, the better and faster they can both let go of unhealthy body weight and increase their energy, vitality and well-being.”
Bill Phillips
“Read labels and look for things made with real food instead of highly processed ingredients. Compare nutrition facts labels to find options that are lower in sodium and sugar and higher in fiber. Just remember that chips, crackers, cookies, ice cream, and other snacks and treats are still extras – even if they are made with green tea or goji berries or air dried sea salt.”
